Welcome to my life

My journey began in Brazil, where I earned my Bachelor Degree in Advertising and Marketing in 2005. For more than six years, I worked as a Copywriter and Creative Director in advertising agencies, creating campaigns for TV, radio, and newspapers — back in the era before social media became central to advertising. During that time, I also published articles, including “Interactive Advertising in Print Media,” exploring how creativity could push traditional media further.

In 2009, I moved to Australia with one clear goal: to learn English. At that time, I didn’t speak a word. Living with an Australian family for almost two years gave me not only the language skills but also a deep appreciation for resilience and adaptation. Alongside studying, I worked as an Art Director on projects, including a cookbook for Yoga in Daily Life Australia, and later at OMG Fairfax Media’s Online Group in 2015, just as social media was starting to dominate the advertising space.

But I was looking for something more meaningful. In 2015, I transitioned into the health and care sector, working closely with elderly people. I saw an opportunity to not only grow but to make a real difference in people’s lives. I founded Bondi Care, supporting seniors with safe environments and personal care, and Cleanup Cleaning, which provided household assistance for the elderly.

From 2016 to 2018, I worked with major disability providers in Australia, coordinating care and learning the processes required to support the most vulnerable members of society. This experience inspired me to create 4ability in 2018, a disability service provider built on respect, care, and community. As CEO, I’ve led the company to grow around 20% year after year since its foundation.

By 2020, I expanded my focus to investing, diversifying into the stock market and business acquisitions. In 2022, I opened a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting people with disabilities, further cementing my mission to give back.

Most recently, in 2024, I launched Better Call Cleaner, a company focused on acquiring and scaling small businesses. This venture reflects my passion for entrepreneurship, growth, and helping businesses succeed with purpose.

My mission is clear: to help people and businesses grow. Whether through mentorship, investment, or business strategy, I combine creative thinking, business experience, and a people-first approach to unlock growth opportunities.Because real success isn’t just about building companies — it’s about building impact, value, and better futures for people and businesses alike.
